In the lead-up to the event, we were thrilled to reach full capacity, with over 200 attendees representing 8 Federal agencies, 4 National Labs, 9 DoD organizations, 10 FFRDC/UARC institutions, and 11 Government support companies. This overwhelming response reaffirmed our commitment to fostering discussions on the current and future applications of Digital Engineering.

- FED DEF featured 26 high-impact, succinct 15-minute organization overviews at the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) level. These informative talks played a pivotal role in sharing valuable insights with a diverse range of Department of Defense (DOD) and Agency participants.
- Ten dedicated working groups conducted in-depth examinations of critical areas of interest, culminating in the exchange of valuable insights during out-brief sessions on the second and third days. These working groups focused on key aspects of digital engineering, including contracting language, ecosystem development, metrics, and more.
- Each working group ensured a diverse and balanced representation, fostering a comprehensive perspective through the active involvement of both Agency and DOD participants.
- The positive reception from numerous groups underscores a strong interest in the ongoing collaboration of these working groups, which will continue to drive cross-agency partnerships, contributing to the effective implementation of digital engineering principles.
